Task Description

The site adminstrator's and user's view of the system. Browse the current and archived skimming processes. The monitoring framework used at CERN for DQ2 monitoring could be useful.

Initially this will be performed by inspecting the SkimDatabase and suggesting some queries.

The SkimDatabase, apache web server.
