MyOSG extension/access/...

As of later FireFox 3.5 cossite XMLHttpRequest is allowed: https://developer.mozilla.org/En/HTTP_access_control

I registered in 3/15/2010 (probably for the 2nd time) at the GOC spreadsheet using the XML URL included in the document.
