Clear client node cert
puppetca --clean nodename
e.g. puppetca --clean uct2-c131.mwt2.org
Advisable to do this before a node rebuild.
Rebootstrap puppet client
rm -rf /var/lib/puppet/ssl
puppetd --test --server servername
e.g. puppetd --test --server uct2-puppetdash.mwt2.org
