Here I'm adding some notes after helping UTD-HEP in its migration from 1 server to separate CE and SE.
Site configuration
Control config.ini
Check MyOSG and OIM
check if site is publishing in WLCG BDII
http://egee-docs.web.cern.ch/egee-docs/uig/development/build_96/build/xhtml/QueryingInfoSystem.html
Check LDIFF output in MyOSG
check if site is reporting to accounting
Test job submission
globus
condor
Test SRM
copy file (test FS and gridftp/SRM server)
directory listing and creation (requires sudoers configured correctly, and sometime fuse)

Notify for changes in
ToA
control the current content:
http://atlas.web.cern.ch/Atlas/GROUPS/DATABASE/project/ddm/releases/TiersOfATLASCache.py
notify
atlas-dq2-support@cern.ch
